Stepping into senior medical informatics leadership during transitions, restructurings, or while permanent roles are being filled. Continuity, judgment, and operational leadership for as long as the organization needs it.
Organizational Change & Optimization
Diagnosing what's actually wrong, designing the intervention, and walking the leadership team through the clinical method as it applies to their system. Workflow, governance, technology rationalization, and the synthesis across them.
Fellowship & Program Advising
Working with informatics fellowship directors and clinical informatics training programs on curriculum, the executive-physician role, and the development of physician informaticists from trainee to leader.
Speaking & Mentorship
Industry and academic conferences, executive workshops, board and leadership team retreats, and one-on-one mentorship of physicians stepping into informatics and executive leadership roles.
